Other Uses for Green Tea

  • Exfoliate! Make a green tea scrub!

After preparing your green tea, pour it into a container that you can keep in the refrigerator for later usage. Pour 3 tbsp. of sugar into a container and add about 2 tbsp. of green tea to the sugar. Stir. Next, add a tsp. of extra virgin olive oil. Apply the scrub to your face and rinse.

  • Green tea gets rid of odors!

If you have a problem with a foot odor, then soak those babies in a bowl of warm green tea.

  • Get rid of those dark bags under your eyes!

After you have enjoyed a mug or two of green tea, take the tea bags and place one over each eye until they have lost their warmth. The green tea helps to reduce swelling and the dilation of the blood vessels. This makes your skin tighten, and boom! Your “raccoon eyes” are gone!

After you have drank your tea, cut open the tea bag, and pour out the contents into a small container. Now all you need to do is add honey to your tea leaves and mix, and it will turn into a nice paste. Add a little less than a tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive oil to your mixture.  Rinse your face off and apply the paste evenly. Leave it on for about ten minutes and then rinse it off!

  1. I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
I’m not very web savvy so I’m not 100% certain.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Kudos
